When you visit our membership website at healthyamericaassociation.com or place orders and access the member portal using the domain and all subdomains of haahub.com (including enroll.haahub.com and members.haahub.com), your order information is securely processed and delivered immediately to our local secure server. This date is not stored on the web, providing you an extra layer of protection for your personal information.

HAA does not share your information except with the providers of the membership benefits, insurance carriers if group insurance plans are selected, and services to activate your membership. Your information is treated with the utmost respect and is protected diligently.

Information Sharing

The information collected on the HAA Enrollment Application is only shared with:

  • Membership Services Office: To administer your benefits and services.
  • Third Party Administrator (billing): To manage the billing process, customer service, and membership fulfillment effectively.
  • Third Party Administrator (claims): If supplemental or short term medical insurance plans are added to membership, the claims TPA is given informaiton necessary to process claims.
  • Marketing Agency: To distribute newsletters and other membership updates directly to you.
  • Insurance Carriers: For the administration of insurance products added to your membership, if applicable.

Additionally, benefit providers will verify your idenity through the Benefit Administrator to confirm your current membership status when you access the benefits. This ensures that your membership privileges are protected and only accessible to you.
